Industry research report ranks Snowflake above world’s largest analytical data warehouse vendors
SAN MATEO, Calif. – January 30, 2018 – Snowflake Computing, the data warehouse built for the cloud, today announced Snowflake’s rankings in the 2018 Analytical Data Infrastructure Market Study, published annually by Dresner Advisory Services, LLC.
Snowflake achieved the highest combined score across all attributes in Dresner’s Customer Experience Model, which evaluates a vendor’s product, and its customers’ real-world experiences with their sales and services staff. Snowflake has been named an Overall Experience Leader with the highest-score and the foremost position in the upper-right quadrant.
Snowflake also earned the top Credibility Leader designation and scored the second-highest marks in the Vendor Credibility Model, which assesses product value for customers and confidence in the vendor. High placement in the upper-right quadrant demonstrates that customers believe they receive top-value for the price and maintain significant confidence in Snowflake.
Most importantly, Snowflake received a perfect recommend score, which means that 100 percent of customer respondents said they would recommend Snowflake to others.
